I have used this feature before in an older version of word for Mac but now that I have updated I cant seem to to get this feature to work how it should. When I double click my source instead of giving me a full Chicago/Turabian footnote, its giving me the authors name and year in parenthesis and thats all. Well for some reason that is not happening. I enter in all the book info, it shows up in my citations window, and I double click the source in the list and it should appear in the footnotes as I use Word a lot to write papers for Grad School and usually have no trouble with the citations feature.
